This website is run by the Adrian Hicks Group, a team of Utah real estate agents brokered by Real Broker, LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on this site

  • What you read here is general information. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice. For those, talk to a lawyer, tax adviser or lender.
  • A price range from one of our agents is that agent's opinion, based on sales nearby. It isn't an appraisal.
  • Home search is coming soon. When home listings appear here, they'll come from the MLS. Listing details are believed to be reliable but aren't guaranteed, so check anything that matters to you.
  • Agents write their own profiles. We work to keep the site accurate, but it can have mistakes.

Sending us a form doesn't hire an agent

Using this site or sending a form doesn't make any of our agents your agent. That only happens when you sign a written agreement with us.

Using the forms

  • Send only your own details, and keep them true.
  • Don't use the forms to send spam, or to try to break or overload the site. We may block anyone who does.
  • How we use what you send is in our privacy notice.

Calls and texts

If you tick the box that lets us call or text you, we may contact you about your request, including by automated means. How often depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ticking the box isn't required to buy or sell a home.
