How we use what you send us

This website belongs to the Adrian Hicks Group, a team of Utah real estate agents brokered by Real Broker, LLC. This notice explains what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Questions? Call or text (801) 347-4829 or email me@adrianhicks.com.

What you give us

When you send a form on this site, we get what you type into it:

  • your name, phone number and email;
  • what you tell us about your plans, like the towns, price and bedrooms you want, when you hope to move, your home's address (on the home value form), or whether you hold a real estate license (on the "join the team" form);
  • any message you write;
  • which boxes you ticked, and the exact words shown next to them;
  • the page you sent it from, and the time.

What we get automatically

  • The companies that host this website and our contact system keep normal server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages asked for. We use these to keep the site running and to stop spam and abuse.
  • This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
  • Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps block spam. When it's on, Cloudflare looks at technical details about your browser to tell people from bots.
  • This site doesn't use advertising trackers. If we turn on Cloudflare's spam check on our forms, Cloudflare may set a cookie to tell people from bots.

What we do with it

  • We save you in our own system. Your request goes into the team's contact system, where we keep track of the people we work with. If we already have a record for you, the request is added to it.
  • We copy you to GoHighLevel. Your name, contact details and request are copied to GoHighLevel, the tool our agents use to call, text and email clients, so the right agent can get back to you.
  • We answer your request. An agent uses what you sent to reply, send homes that fit, give you a price range, or talk about joining the team.

Calls and texts

  • The box that says we may call or text you is optional. Ticking it isn't required to buy or sell a home.
  • Anyone can type any phone number into a website form. So when you tick the box, we record it as a claim, not a confirmed yes, until you confirm it with us.
  • If a "no" or a STOP is already on file for you, a ticked box never overrides it.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
  • If you leave the box unticked, we'll still answer the request you sent.

Emails about new listings

The second box asks for new listings and market updates by email. It's optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your information. We share it only:

  • with the companies that run our tools for us (website hosting, our contact system and GoHighLevel), so they can do that work;
  • with Real Broker, LLC, our brokerage, which oversees our work as Utah law requires;
  • with others in your sale or purchase (like a lender or title company) only when you ask us to, or as part of a deal you're in;
  • when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're helping you, and after that for as long as the law or our brokerage requires us to keep real estate records. If you'd like us to delete your information, ask us. We'll delete what we're allowed to.

Your choices

  • Ask to see, fix or delete what we have about you.
  • Reply STOP to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link to stop emails.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
