Adrian Hicks is the founder and team leader of Adrian Hicks Group, a real estate team based in Kaysville, Utah. He helps buyers and sellers across Davis, Weber, Salt Lake and Utah Counties. He knows Layton firsthand because he lives there, and he has worked extensively in Kaysville, Farmington, Fruit Heights and Syracuse. Adrian is with Adrian Hicks Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC.

A U.S. Marine Corps and Army Special Forces veteran, Adrian holds the MRP designation and focuses on military relocations to and from Hill Air Force Base. In Kaysville, he also handles higher-end and luxury homes. For sellers, he starts with a clear checklist for cleaning, repairs and staging when it makes sense. He then sets a pricing range based on market conditions and runs a targeted marketing plan, managing showings, feedback, negotiations and closing. For buyers, he asks targeted questions to narrow the search to the top three to five homes. He reviews financing options and negotiation strategy and connects buyers with a trusted mortgage lender. He also coordinates inspections, walks through the findings, and manages the details from contract to closing.

Licensed since 2016, Adrian reports 48 transactions in the last 12 months. His recognitions include Top 250, Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS®, and the International President's Elite Club. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS®. He also coaches and mentors other agents. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, golf and the outdoors.
